It was a gorgeous cottage in a great location with walks and pubs - something for everyone. A perfect place to celebrate a romantic anniversary.

The location is quite central to Welshpool and Welshpool itself has easy access to to both north, south, east and west. The lodge itself was impressive and provided all that was needed.

The property was beautiful and location excellent. The local pub provided lovely food and good company. The landlord was very welcoming. Welshpool is a great town and had everything we needed, from convenience food to dvd's to watch in the evening by the open fire. The quaint steam railway trip we took was something out of a fairytale and was located right opposite the property.

If you fancy getting away and staying in an old, gothic cottage, then this is definitely the one. The location was great, on the outskirts of Welshpool - the perfect location for exploring Wales. I would definitely go back as I absolutely loved it!
